Upper Body - Includes neck, shoulders, upper back, and arms 2. Lower Body - Includes glutes, thighs, calves, feet, and lower back The treatment program includes: 1. Initial Assessment - Ask about contraindications, areas to focus on or avoid, and the level of muscle tension in the selected area 2. Explanation of Treatment - Provide information about sports massage, pre- and post-treatment guidance, and expected benefits 3. Sports Massage - Apply specific techniques to stimulate blood circulation, reduce muscle tension, and help the muscles in the Upper Body or Lower Body recover faster 4.
